At ComfyLife, we want getting your order to be as easy and reliable as the products themselves. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
How we fulfil your order
All ComfyLife orders are fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) network. This means your order is picked, packed and dispatched from Amazon's UK fulfilment centres โ the same reliable infrastructure that powers millions of deliveries across the UK every day.
Delivery times
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Once your order is placed and confirmed, you can expect delivery within 2โ5 working days. Most orders arrive sooner than this, but we quote up to 5 days to account for busy periods.
We don't currently offer express or next-day delivery, but this is something we're working on for the future.
Delivery cost
Free on all UK orders. Always. No minimum spend.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We don't ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time. We hope to expand this in the future โ watch this space.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Something gone wrong?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch at admin@comfylife.store with your order number and we'll sort it out straight away.
Returns
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, email us at admin@comfylife.store and we'll guide you through the returns process.
