ComfyLife is a trading name of ME Aspect Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our products are sold via comfylife.store and fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) network.

## 2. Products
We sell memory foam comfort products including the ComfyNecks cervical neck pillow and ComfyBums donut seat cushion. Our products are designed for comfort and general wellbeing — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

## 3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price change will not affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

## 4. Orders
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified and refunded in full if this happens.

## 5. Payment
We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely.

## 6. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled through Amazon's MCF network from UK fulfilment centres.
- **Standard delivery:** Free, 3–5 working days
- **Expedited delivery:** £4.99, 1–2 working days
We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or internationally.

## 7. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us at admin@comfylife.store within 30 days of receipt and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been processed.

## 8. Discount Codes
Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
